Great service. Great streaming DAC.

You had none in stock when I placed the order, so you kindly refunded my payment and only re-debited my credit card when it was despatched. Good service! Dissapointed by the sound when I first listened, but very happy now after burning in for over 100 hours using the built in streamer, playing continuously. The DAC is a big upgrade from my Chord Qutest and I think the sound via the streamer (using Qobuz via mconnect player) is also fabulous.

Love this DAC

Love this DAC. Make sure to run it in for at least 50 to 60 hours for it to get into its stride. Every extra hour after it reveals more music. Ok, the remote is cheap and display is on the basic side. Both work fine. Sooner the engineers put more money into HW for better sound reproduction. This they have done in spades.
