Hidden gem

The bass chooses to be wider as a-posed to sharp and punchy, which creates immersion and smoothness that enables the level to be increased without drowning the rest out. In other words, the small sacrifice of a punchy base returns a significantly improved listening experience and comfort from base alone.
The nozzle is on shorter side and combined with the shape enables the iem to lean very comfortably on ear, with the contact adding to immersion. The treble is detailed, resolute and well layered. It peaks when necessary for emotional impact, but for the right duration, to not compromise on comfort and naturalness.
You may miss the charm if testing briefly, because they are capable of throwing everything at you, but will instead give you the perfect compromise to play majority of tracks at a higher level, rather than a subset. Unfortunately, it takes a capable reviewer to be able to observe and give justice to the considerations of the team who designed these.

Absolutely phenomenal.

I went to Elise with an open mind just to listen to a few IEMs and headphones. After a short discussion about my preferences, the Halos were the very first set offered to me to try and I couldn’t stop coming back to them even after listening to other sets like the Annihilator 2023, etc.

The Halos are like magic to my ears. And to be frank they’re a set I would never even have stopped to read about or consider if not for the sage advice I was given.

I had just really started to enjoy my Hisenior Mega5-ESTs, but these are on a different level in terms of pure sophistication. Everything from imaging to detail retrieval to fit and comfort hits the mark.

These are criminally underrated. Can’t suggest enough giving them a listen.
