Hela's technical and structural design is not simply about "stacking the number of drivers." Based on the parameters of past hybrid driver models, the "1642" hybrid array with thirteen drivers is constructed. For the low frequencies, a 6mm liquid crystal polymer dynamic driver exclusively designed by Kinera is used to ensure depth and richness in the bass. For the mid to upper mid frequencies, a custom "4+2" Knowles balanced armature driver configuration is carefully arranged to enhance the naturalness and smoothness from the mid to high frequencies.

Additionally, four Sonion electrostatic drivers responsible for the ultra-high frequency range serve as the core of the sound output. Paired with a metal sound nozzle design, this setup allows better control of sound wave propagation, achieving a wider high-frequency extension and significantly enhancing detail representation, while maintaining an appropriate level of brightness and softness. Moreover, the specially added 1+1 composite Sonion dual bone conduction unit enriches the tonal layers of the mid to high frequencies, ensuring smooth integration across Hela's high, mid, and low frequencies. Combined with Kinera's consistent balanced and refined tuning approach, the Hela comprehensively display an overwhelming "queenly presence," achieving a super flagship-level pinnacle in terms of sound completion and quality.

Through Kinera's proprietary dual acoustic crossover architecture, seamless integration between each sound driver is achieved through both electronic and physical crossovers. Initially, a carefully designed electronic crossover system skillfully controls the frequency cutoff points and slopes to handle sound signals of different frequencies, ensuring that each driver receives the most suitable frequency range. Then, the physical design within the earphone is adjusted according to the characteristics of different drivers, reducing electronic interference between signal transmissions. This allows each driver to focus more on its best frequency range, thereby enhancing the overall clarity and detail representation across all three frequency bands.
