I was very impressed with your quick and courteous response!
Always wanted them but they were to expensive but then the price dropped. From 1500,- to 999,- to 349,- and now 160,- so I finally bought them. I realized they were 7 years old by now and a lot has happened in IEM world in the meantime. So my expectations were a bit tempered.
But wow!! Even at 1500,- they are still worth it! These are the best IEM’s I have ever heard! Recently I also bought the Ziigaat Cincotres and Doscinco, the NiceHCK Himalaya, Kiwi Ears Punch and some others. None of these are a match for the RE2000S. They are that good. Straight out of the box, no EQ needed. They do however respond great to a little bass boost making them just as punchy as..uhh… the Punch. Are there any cons? Yes, the tips. None of them fit me well. Did a lot of tip rolling (I have large collection premium tips like Spinfit, NiceHCK, Acoustune, Kbear, Azla, Comply, Fiio, Tangzu, Dunu, TRI, Final etc) but came to the conclusion that the best tips were the, little obscure, Ostry OS200 that gave the best listening and comfort together with foam tips.
Furthermore the cable is not that great. But because they are so good I fitted them with the best cable I have. The NiceHCK MeetAlice. They deserve it. A 160,- IEM with a 120,- cable. Kind of funny.
These will never leave my collection, thats for sure!

I was looking to expand my iem collection when I came across these in Elise Audios website. At £149 I took a punt, considering these had an RRP of £1500 when released . I can only say that for this price these will give any iems up to around the original RRP a run for their money, speaking from owning the AK Solaris X, and Noble Spartacus. I am astounded that Elise Audio are selling these at £149 ,and even more so that tjey have not sold out! Cant speak highly enough of Elise Audio price. Comminication and speedy delivery as arrived within 48 hours of payment securely packaged and tracked......best deal I have ever had....many thanks..5 Stars!
