SENNHEISER HD 620S
Distraction off. Open sound on.
The closed-back headphones HD 620S prioritize distraction-free immersion without compromising on natural, audiophile-grade sound. The reference-grade 42 mm transducers deliver an exceptionally smooth frequency response—a hallmark of the 600 series. A remarkably open baffle and angled transducers mimic the wide soundstage of a loudspeaker setup, while steel-reinforced components and artificial leather earpads balance durability with all-day comfort.
The natural Sennheiser sound you love
Sennheiser’s HD 600 series has long been the standard for natural tone, thanks to our dedication to continuously improving the open-back concept. The HD 560S brought those qualities to a larger audience, with a soundstage that immerses listeners in their music.
The HD 620S combines the DNA of both headphone families, bringing the best of each to a closed chassis.
The reference-grade 42 mm transducer made in Ireland provides ultra-low distortion across the entire frequency range. With an ultra-light aluminum 150-ohm voice coil, it ensures exceptional impulse response.
Distraction-free listening experience
We believe in giving high-performance audio enthusiasts the purest headphone listening experience possible, even when their surroundings are far from perfect. The closed-back HD 620S provides a distraction-free listening without compromising on natural sound. Where many closed headphones struggle, the HD 620 excels, preserving the detailed, smooth sound the 600 series is known for, while providing expansive, panoramic imaging.
Both the steel-reinforced headband sliders and robust earcup covers add timeless appeal and long-term durability to the otherwise lightweight chassis, sculpted for an all-daycomfort.
Supple earpads with internal venting and spacious earcups are both an aesthetic and acoustic choice, designed for hours of uninterrupted private listening.
A detachable 1.8 m twist-lock cable is terminated with a single-ended 3.5 mm plug and comes with a screw-on 6.3 mm adapter. And for those seeking the purest sound reproduction and seamless integration into highperformance audiophile setups, the HD 620S can also be upgraded to an optional balanced cable with a 4.4 mm plug.
