Efficient Driver-Configuration
NOVA is a 1DD+4BA in-ear headphone with 3-way crossover composite structure. Compared with HEXA, the original design intention is to further improve the high-frequency performance while maintaining a reasonable and efficient configuration, and also strive to bring users a mature earphone with a hybrid 3-way crossover structure at a reasonable price.
NOVA uses a 10mm diameter specialized dynamic driver to take charge of the bass. Thanks to the mature production and processing technology, this 10MM internal magnetic circuit structure dynamic driver has extremely low distortion, offering NOVA a better bass performance.
NOVA has a composite full-frequency dual balanced armature driver with a larger size, which is responsible for mids and part of trebles, which can be accurately matched with the frequency band of the specialized dynamic driver, and the high-frequency band can also highly conform to the design goal.
NOVA combines with a custom composite double balanced armature driver, which is similar to SWFK series, and is responsible for the trebles, which further improves the bandwidth while matching the sensitivity of the mid-high frequency composite balanced armature, lowering the Q value of the bad high-frequency resonance peak as much as possible, resulting in a better high-frequency performance.

Accurate Hybrid Frequency Division
The acoustic waveguide structure with filtering function realized by the high-precision DLP-3D printed technology and the RC frequency division achieved by accurate calculated, which makes the five drivers perform well under different corresponding acoustic waveguides, therefore, the objective index of NOVA closer to the design goal based on the HEXA.

Excellent Measurements
NOVA has slightly less bass gain than HARMAN IE 2019 curve and is close to the high-frequency amplitude response of HARMAN OE 2013 with high HRTF characteristics, which results in a warm, soft, clear and natural sound thanks to the brand-new overall system design of lowering the Q value.
NOVA has the same phase in the full frequency band, and there is no common connection issue that occurs in the ordinary multi-driver earphone, so as to realize a natural sound with the phase distortion eliminated.

New Generation DLP 3D Printed Technology
The DLP 3D printed cavity from HeyGears is equipped with its own medical-grade high-transparency resin. It can realize complex delicate acoustic waveguide structures while ensuring printing accuracy and efficiency, At the same time, it brings the lightweight cavity to fit well while making sure the skin-friendly and reliable cavity materials.

A Brand New Concise Reliable ID Design
NOVA delivers a further optimized ergonomic shape design, and a high-precision 3D printed texture panel with a sandwich-like structure (front cavity, smooth curved cover, and a few drops of glue fill the seams) to ensure a beautiful faceplate and promise a durable and reliable structure.

Equipped with Multiple Sets of Ear-tips
Apart from the classic thin-diameter ear-tips, NOVA also comes with short double-flange ear-tips, long double-flange ear-tips and foam ear-tips with multiple limiters. The bad resonance peak of high frequency will move backward further with double-flange ear-tips, thus offering crystal clear and beautiful trebles and further canceling the influence brought by the bad resonance peak, resulting in a unique listening sense of the single balanced armature driver classic ER4 to NOVA’s high frequency. The foam ear-tips with multiple limiters can meet the different needs of players for insertion depth, and help to further improve the usability on the basis of comfortable wearing and excellent sealing.

High-quality Cable + Rich Expansibility
NOVA has a versatile 0.78 2Pin interface, with the ear hook to correct the length and angle, and the newly designed single crystal copper wire (4 strands with 112 cores, 448 cores in total) with wire skin material, which has excellent sound quality and convenient use, and can also expand infinite possibilities by changing wires.
Meanwhile, there are infinite possibilities thanks to the interchangeable cable design.
