Most products come with a 1Y manufacturer warranty (or 3 months for B-grade, open box, refurbished, ex-demo and second hand items). The manufacturer's warranties are limited to physical defects in the materials, parts and workmanship used in making the product. Abnormal conditions, deliberate abuse and damage due to accidents, operator's error, or unauthorized service attempts are excluded from any warranty claims. Faulty goods returned under the manufacturers warranty are to be returned to Elise Audio at the cost of the customer. Elise Audio will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

Solid choice! My work antidote.

The explorers are a wonderful antidote to the rest of my listening / production life! When mixing and editing my headphones and IEM’s are “clean” “accurate” detailed” and pretty difficult to listen to for fun after a day of mixes. The Explorers are warm - and relaxed, meaning I can continue to listen to music for fun with literally no fatigue. They’re not incomplete sounding tho, with enough high extension to deliver detail and reasonable soundstage, and a warm and encompassing low end with weight and solid feel. Excellent if this is what you’re after! Elise team excellent as ever - thank you. 🙏

Coming from a 20$ IEM these are absolutely amazing, with a couple of flaws that i am not smart enough to properly put to words. Amazing for rock / metal imho, brilliantly handles all other genres as well to me.

Perfect choice for Travelling In-ears

Having gone through a vast and excellent array of choices with Elise audio I settled on these really excellent and very balanced In ears. Like all these things you have to try before you buy and this is certainly the place to do it. The Afuls are a superb choice and not even for the money .. they don’t bite your head off like a few currently about and easily match ears three times the price. I would say an audio bargain. They have a warm and punchy tone and you can get lost in their soundscape with a wide variety of DACs big and small. I would say they warrant a good DAC and amp but will reward you with what you have.
Elise also have a huge variety of extremely high quality headphones. I highly recommend their services as you will end up buying something you really enjoy and cherish

Amazing IEM, amazing shop

I went to the UK specifically to go to this great shop. Great friendly and very knowledgeable staff, I spent a good while there listening to a good many IEMs. I ended up buying the Explorer and I felt a little guilty about it, because they let me try out all their endgame stuff, but the Explorer was simply my favourite out of the bunch due to the great fit and smooth relaxing sound.

Wholeheartedly recommended shop.
