Most products come with a 1Y manufacturer warranty (or 3 months for B-grade, open box, refurbished, ex-demo and second hand items). The manufacturer's warranties are limited to physical defects in the materials, parts and workmanship used in making the product. Abnormal conditions, deliberate abuse and damage due to accidents, operator's error, or unauthorized service attempts are excluded from any warranty claims. Faulty goods returned under the manufacturers warranty are to be returned to Elise Audio at the cost of the customer. Elise Audio will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

Exceeds expectation

First of all a praise to Elise Audio: I ordered this headphone yesterday around noon and it was delivered today in less than 24h (and I did not even opt for fast shipping). Well done and keep this in mind if you prefer ordering from Amazon because of its fast shipping capabilities.

This Aune AR5000 MkII exceeded my expectations. Reviewers were right, the jump ahead from the OG version is noticeable at both ends. I am not a basshead at all but I find the bass of this headphone quite remarkable for its price range. Acoustic bass is reproduced really well, get some good jazz records and see for yourself. I don't listen electronica but I suspect that this headphone works very well. The highs are now very nicely rendered, I don't think I am missing anything when I listen these while I wasn't so impressed with the OG AR5000: it wasn't a bad headphone at all, but also not so impressive.
Last and not least, I notice now a very 3D soundstage, something Hifiman-like. Overall to beat this I think you need to climb up to an Arya Unveiled or Organic. It won't be beaten in value, however, at least at the current price. Well done.
I am not the high-end type so I am not interested in the AR9000: judging by this one, I have no problem to believe that all the hype is currently received is deserved and not just remunerated.
