Products purchased from Elise Audio are supplied with a manufacturer warranty that is specified on the product page on our website. Most products come with a 1Y manufacturer warranty (or 3 months for B-grade, open box, refurbished, ex-demo and second hand items).
The manufacturer's warranties are limited to physical defects in the materials, parts and workmanship used in making the product. Abnormal conditions, deliberate abuse and damage due to accidents, operator's error, or unauthorized service attempts are excluded from any warranty claims.
Faulty goods returned under the manufacturers warranty are to be returned to Elise Audio at the cost of the customer. Elise Audio will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.
Chord 2yu
Network bridge when combined with 2go
2yu is a digital interface that connects with 2go to create a network bridge for use with a DAC, DAC-equipped device or the Hugo M Scaler. 2yu connects directly to 2go to add TOSLINK optical S/PDIF, coaxial and BNC (both 75 ohms) digital outputs, plus a cleverly integrated USB-A output.
2yu boasts 2,000 MIPS (million instructions per second) of processing power, an integrated sample rate converter, plus a ultra-low jitter audio phase lock loop design.
Highly flexible in its potential applications, 2go with 2yu is also ideal for installers wishing to create a discreet remote Roon streaming solution: the duo can be wired into an Ethernet port to provide streaming to a system in any room.
Like 2go, 2yu is also hand-made in the UK using aircraft-grade Aluminium and the same high-quality manufacturing processes inherent in all Chord Electronics products.
Like the Hugo 2, 2yu features 4 polychromatic spherical controls governing output selection, power, mute and dim functions. 2go sold separately.
