SHIPS FROM THE UNITED KINGDOM

All our products ship from the UK. UK prices include local VAT. International orders will incur the destination's local taxes and duty charges.

Shipping & Returns

RETURNS POLICY

Elise Audio has a standard 14-day return / exchange policy for electronic products (DAC/DAP):

  • Must be returned in like-new factory condition 
  • Must include all original packaging and accessories

Please note that the return shipping cost is to be paid by the customer.

Returning products that raise hygiene concerns - Products that have contact with the ear, nose or throat can only be returned for a full refund if sent back sealed and in unused condition. This applies all in-ear monitors.

If you are dissatisfied with your product please get in touch with us. We may be able to offer credit for another purchase (subject to inspection of the returned product) or to purchase the product back as used if we can dispose of the item as B stock. Please note the products would need to be inspected before any final offers are made but, as a guidance only, a 20% restocking fee will be applied on most in-ear monitors.

Custom made products - Products that have been custom made to the customer's specification cannot be returned for a refund or credit under this policy.

Warranty Policy

Products purchased from Elise Audio are supplied with a manufacturer warranty that is specified on the product page on our website. Most products come with a 1Y manufacturer warranty (or 3 months for B-grade, open box, refurbished, ex-demo and second hand items).

The manufacturer's warranties are limited to physical defects in the materials, parts and workmanship used in making the product. Abnormal conditions, deliberate abuse and damage due to accidents, operator's error, or unauthorized service attempts are excluded from any warranty claims.

Faulty goods returned under the manufacturers warranty are to be returned to Elise Audio at the cost of the customer. Elise Audio will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

HEDD Audio, the Berlin based manufacturer of high end studio monitors and headphones, is thrilled to announce the launch of its long anticipated successor to the original HEDDphone ONE: HEDDphone TWO

Powered by new advances in Air Motion Transformer technology and informed by profound user feedback, the new HEDDphone has undergone a turbo-charged evolution. With a folded Kapton diaphragm over three times larger than in traditional dynamic, planar, or electrostatic driver designs, the sound of HEDDphone TWO has reached new heights with regards to precisely tailoring subtle transients and creating a transparent, natural musicality. It produces a speaker-like, evenly balanced soundstage with stunning definition, permitting long listening periods with very little fatigue.

Building on the success of its predecessor among Award-winning producers and engineers such as Tchad Blake, Hildur Guðnadóttir, or DJ Jazzy Jeff, this headphone is crafted with a discerning eye on the needs of mastering engineers, mix engineers, and producers whilst also aiming at the broader spectrum of consumer headphone enthusiasts.

Several breakthroughs have been achieved in the three and a half year process of developing and designing HEDDphone TWO. By reconstructing the driver from scratch and using lightweight materials like carbon fibre and magnesium, the HEDD R&D team was able to achieve a staggering 25% weight reduction. An all new mechanical design was developed in order to make the product more compact and durable.

The extensive material and reliability testing results in HEDD offering a rare and extended 5 years’ warranty for these headphones.

Air Motion Transformer

Handmade in Berlin using high quality components, the HEDD Air Motion Transformer puts HEDD's expertise at your disposal to deliver impeccable transient response and ultra-high frequency extension. As a result, high frequencies remain transparent and linear and do not distort natural sound reproduction in any way.

Variable Velocity Transformation

VVT allows the AMT driver in the HEDDphone to achieve even frequency response across the entire audio spectrum. This is done by rethinking the driver’s geometry to allow folds to vary in width and depth. The result is the world’s first full-range AMT headphone.

HEDDband

We created HEDDband so that you can forget you are wearing headphones and focus on the music you are creating, or listening to. Our unique design uses a smart strap system that adjusts the shape and tension to comfortably fit heads of any shape or size.
