Warranty

Products purchased from Elise Audio are supplied with a manufacturer warranty that is specified on the product page on our website. Most products come with a 1Y manufacturer warranty (or 3 months for B-grade, open box, refurbished, ex-demo and second hand items). The manufacturer's warranties are limited to physical defects in the materials, parts and workmanship used in making the product. Abnormal conditions, deliberate abuse and damage due to accidents, operator's error, or unauthorized service attempts are excluded from any warranty claims. Faulty goods returned under the manufacturers warranty are to be returned to Elise Audio at the cost of the customer. Elise Audio will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

Shocking improvement in audio quality

I honestly wasn't expecting much from these, but there was a large noticeable change in sound quality with my CFA Astrolith. In particular, highs (cymbals specifically) sound magical. There is incredible air and sparkle present that I've never heard with other tips (and I've tried around 20 variants from numerous companies at this point). Bass is tighter, punchier, and more textured and detailed, and imaging seems much more 3D and enveloping. These are expensive tips, but I think they're definitely worth the money.

I have very large ear openings and the 14mm Large size aren't perfect, but they do seem to expand a little and make a nice seal after a few minutes of warming up in my ear.

These are very good tips
It is "funny" playing so incredibly overpriced price for them. A step forward almost all the tips I own. Four, five, ten times the price of any.
